Frank`s Pizza in West Orange

This place is my preferable site. Of all restaurants I know I like it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. Whenever I feel like having a fair lunch, this place comes straightaway to my head. extremely good and all kinds of food and a large list of dishes.great staff, and good ambience. In addition to that, the price is modest. I sent my friends to this spot with great pleasure.

The food here is good, but be prepared- they do not accept credit cards. They try to make up for it by accepting personal checks, but seriously... who carries around a checkbook any more? The owner refers you to an ATM in the back of the restaurant, where you would be forced to pay their ATM's charge, as well as your own bank's external ATM fee. Essentially, the establishment is forcing their customers to assume a standard cost of doing business- credit card processing and transaction fees. You judge for yourself if you want to deal with these guys.

I've been eating their pizza for lunch for over 20 years now. The pizza is excellent. Try a slice of the awesome chicken savoy & their rice balls! I've also started having some of their dinners for takeout during the Pandemic. Also excellent. Try the awesome veal or chicken dishes. Thank you Rocco (the owner)!

Went to this spot earlier this month. I had ate the pizza before but never physically been there it was always brought to me by someone else. I went in and got takeout, The guy in there was so nice to us But man this pizza is amazing. I got 4 slices lol. Wings great, garlic knots delicious!! Will definitely be back soon.

I have been coming to this place to eat for a very long time. The food is always good and never had any issues. The garlic bread is the best part of the meal. The employees are always so nice every time i go in there. We usually go on Friday night for dinner!! Totally recommend!!

Good food, friendly staff, clean facility, plenty of parking and tons of seating.

Great large sized specialty slices. Awesome dinners in a great environment. The only reason I removed one star is because it's cash only.

This place is definitely a hidden gem worth visiting. The location is a bit conspicuous, in the back corner of the parking lot, next to retro fitness. However, the food is absolutely worth it. They are a cash only business, but I know many restaurants in the area that are cash only as well. This is an easy area to get cash from if need be at the last moment. The food is amazing. Pizza the way it should be. I haven't had great pizza like this for as long as I can remember. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. This will surely be one of my go-to pizza spots.

Visiting from Florida and wanted to have great pizza and I hit the jackpot with Frank's.. They were pleasant and the food was amazing.. definitely going back

Must admit very good tasting pizza.

Pizza comes out very quickly and delicious. I get the meat lovers Every time. The crust is perfectly crispy with a very nice crunch

New to the neighborhood, this is my second time here. Came during the week night and a man waited on me who was very nice and even suggested some of their popular slices. The pizza was excellent!! Came today and didn't like the service. Older gray haired gentleman seemed to be annoyed at waiting on me as if there was a line. Less than 10 people in the whole place and no one at the counter. I asked for the pizza not to be warmed because I would heat it up later and he rushed me to tell him how much I was getting so he can get a box. Again, no one was in there, no need to rush the customer! Not friendly in the least bit. I think I know why but I'll keep that to myself.

This is obviously one of the best place to eat in the area. Anytime I come to this place I am remarkably glad. They keep their very high level service and the topmost level of dishes they provide. You no doubt will love this place. Very recommended.

Everything I've had at Frank's pizza has been delicious. One thing that some people might dislike is how they only accept cash. There is an ATM if you need to withdraw money, but you get charged for that. It doesn't bother me because I carry cash with me anyway. The people who work here are all very welcoming and friendly. The place is family-friendly and great for large groups.

I actually liked their food and service, fantastic location right next to where I live. The cashiers are always super nice. Would recommend to others.

Pretty good selection on Italian dishes. They have mane selections of already made slices. They have lunch specials during the week. The only downfall on Franks is that they do not deliver.

This place has been a faithful classic for years! I love their pizza choices (including the whole wheat veggie...YUM!) & the pasta options are varied and delicious. The staff is friendly and service is fast. Definitively recommended for good food without the frills.

Very seldom do I give a restaurant 5 stars. I don’t know what the other reviewers are talking about. We ate at a very well known fancy Italian restaurant yesterday in Times Square and it does not compare to this place at all. This place is truly a gem. Everything we had was delicious. It was 9 of us, 5 kids and 4 adults. Ordered pepperoni pizza for the kids. Then each of us got a different meal. They treated us like family. I’m glad we found it. I will always make sure to stop by here each and every-time we visit New Jersey. Oh yeah bring CASH they do not accept card payment at all. Forget all those complaining about having to get cash too. The stop at the ATM is worth it!!!!

I have wanted to go there over 15 times in the last year and the only accept cash. I don’t have time to stop at an ATM on the way home... if I use the ATM they have in the restaurant my bank charges me.. pretty bad business practice in my opinion. They waisted over $200 In revenue just from 1 person because of the cash only policy with me.
